Returns & Refunds

At Yolla Ear Tags, we aim to deliver high quality products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you realise something's not quite right once you've placed your order, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can attempt to amend your order before processing.

Upon receiving your products, if you're not happy with your ear tags or accessories for any reason, please contact us within 14 days.

When you contact our team, please include the following information so we can process your request as quickly as possible:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Your Request Information

Please note that certain return/refund/exchange conditions may apply depending on the product purchased and the supplier. For any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order, if possible, and our team will be happy to help. 

Please also note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for customised orders due to any design errors submitted by the customer.  You will be able to view what your final tags will look like in your cart, so please take the time to review your tag and customisations prior to completing your order. 

Yolla Tags reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the outlined conditions.

 

Refunds
If you have an accepted product(s) for refund, you will be asked to return the item(s) you received to:

Once your return parcel is received, inspected and approved we will then process your refund via your original method of payment. You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed.

The shipping costs incurred for returning an item(s) to us for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect order.

 

Exchanges
If you have an accepted product(s) for an exchange, you will be asked to return the item(s) you received to:

Once your return parcel is received, inspected and approved we will then send you your requested exchange item(s). You will receive email notification once your return has been processed and your exchange items have been dispatched.

If the total of your exchange order is greater than your returned item(s), we will contact you for you to complete your payment of the balance.

If the total of your exchange order is less than your returned item(s), we will refund the difference back to your original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order was incomplete, incorrect, faulty or damaged please email us immediately at eartags@yollaproducers.com.au.

We ask that you also include photos of incorrect/damaged/faulty item(s) for our reference. Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods, we will be in contact with you and will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

Important Information for Customised Tags
We have made every effort to display our tags as accurately as possible; however, our tag visualisation tool is for display purposes only. Due to inconsistencies of various display monitor settings & variations that can occur during the printing process, there may be some slight deviations to the actual product you receive.
